April 13th: Big Night Out

RAISING FUNDS FOR INSTOW VILLAGE HALL AND TEENS UNITE

Join us for Instow’s big night out! Tickets £25 pp includes a welcome cocktail, 3 course supper, live music and dancing, and an auction to raise funds for the Village Hall and Teens Unite. We’ll be entertained by auctioneer Timmy Kivell and the amazing voice of Yazzy!

Dress to impress! Doors open at 7pm.

SILENT AUCTION

We’ll be holding a silent auction throughout the evening where you can browse the lots and enter your bids on the paper below, beating the bid above you. The winning bids will be announced after supper. Lots include:

LIVE AUCTION

Before your pud, we’ll be hosting a live auction for some wonderful lots. If you can’t be there on the evening and would like to place a bid, please email bookings@instowvillagehall.co.uk with the lot and your bid. Online bidding closes the day before on April 12th.

SEA KAYAKING TOUR FOR 2
Explore the coast of North Devon for half a day by sea kayak with a skilled and qualified Sea Leader. All equipment is provided. It’s suitable for complete beginners and inclusive to people who have a modest disability.

BOAT TRIP FOR 6
A boat trip along the North Devon coast in a rib for up to 6 people. Spot Dolphins, enjoy a picnic with your hosts and a drink in Clovelly Harbour. Journey by rib from Instow, life jackets provided.

Enjoy a delicious 3 course dinner with wine which will, weather permitting, be served on our balcony overlooking the estuary with views of Appledore and Lundy. Cooked by Rose Budge and served by local “celebrity” waiters.

BESPOKE DRAWING OF YOUR HOUSE OR FAVOURITE VIEW
Renowned Architectural Illustrator Lee Holman will create an ink and charcoal artist impression of your home or favourite view. Lee will work closely with you to create the desired image for you to treasure for years to come. He’ll create an original drawing, signed and framed, approx size 19×15 inches.
