Located in the middle of Instow, the hall was erected by A.L. Christie in 1909 and given to the village in 1969. The original character of the hall has been maintained, yet it offers a range of modern day facilities.

The Hall comprises of two spaces that can be divided by folding doors.

It is licensed for 150 people seated (auditorium style), 75 seated at tables, or approx 200 standing. In addition to Theatre and Performance licenses, the Hall holds a Performing Rights License.

Room use is just £10 per hour, with discounts for regular weekly or monthly users!

Hall hire includes use of the kitchen.
