By Bus
Bus routes 21 (running from Ilfracombe to Westward Ho) or 315 (Barnstaple to Exeter via Torrington) run through the village. Hop off on Anstey way and its a short walk down Quay Lane.
By Bike
The Tarka trial runs through Instow in the direction of Barnstaple and Bideford. Turn off the trial at the old Instow Signalbox and head along the seafront until Quay Lane.
By Ferry
The Ferry runs between Appledore and Instow between April and October and drops you at Instow Quay, where it’s a short walk to the hall. Ferry times can be found here as they change according to tide times.
By Car
There are 2 public car parks within easy walking distance – Sandhills behind the dunes at the far end of the beach, or one opposite the Quay off Marine Parade. Cars may be parked free of charge in designated areas on Marine Parade (limited to one hour from May to September). Please do not park on Quay Lane or in Mollands Garage car park next door.
