About your hosts – Between them Nikki & Dale have worked in the UK Independent Wine Industry for 50 years. Retiring after over 30 years as a Police officer Dale turned his love of wine into a profession. After studying Hotel & Catering Management Nikki decided the world of wine was for her. She has studied for the Wine & Spirit examinations, with WSET achieving their Diploma in Wine & Spirits. They currently live & work on Exmoor running a successful Wine School.
